Passionate about impact driven innovation, Rebecca combines evidence-based public health expertise with strong strategic and business insight to develop and scale initiatives that enhance maternal and child health, strengthen healthcare systems, and empower communities. Her leadership is characterised by integrity, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to advancing equitable healthcare delivery.
I came to the UK from Sri Lanka as a refugee at the age of 16, determined to build a better future through hard work and perseverance. After earning a Mathematics degree from University of Surrey, I went on to build successful businesses, invest in property, and become an early supporter of Bitcoin and the Web3 space.
My journey has given me the opportunity to travel the world, build lifelong friendships, and support entrepreneurs globally. Above all, I value family, relationships, and creating a positive impact through networking, business, and community.
With diverse experience across education, engineering, mining leadership, mentoring, event management, and customer engagement, I have developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. Building on a strong academic background in Mathematics (BSc Hons, G100), I am passionate about transforming education through AI and blockchain innovation. As an advisory board member for ImpactX Foundation, I am committed to advancing accessible, future-focused learning ecosystems powered by emerging technologies.

Originally from Barbados, I arrived in the UK in 1965 and served in the Royal Air Force from 1974 to 1986, completing tours across Northern Ireland, Belize, Cyprus, Germany and the Falkland Islands. Post-service, I studied telecommunications, software and hardware engineering, plus business finance; in 2003 I launched a consultancy franchise specialising in asset-based lending, sub-prime mortgages and lease finance. Following the 2008 financial crisis, I moved into home improvements – gaining CAD and advanced sales skills – and delivered major regeneration projects across London boroughs up to 2016. I then transitioned into estate planning, and continue to work in an advisory and advocacy capacity since formal retirement.
My name is Aisha Kadri. I was born in Tanzania, East Africa. I graduated from the University of Birmingham with an honours degree in Mathematics, Physics and Psychology. Followed by a PGCE at Master's Level in Mathematics. I have been teaching across KS3, KS4 and KS5 to children aged between 11 and 19years old. I have also taught in Colleges and training centres covering both International Baccalaureate and Functional Skills in Mathematics. My teaching career spans from 2004 to date. I enjoy using and discovering alternaive medicine (herbal).

Hi, my name is David Baker and I am one of the Co Founders of ImpactX. I started my career many years ago at the age of 15 at a Printing Company as a Graphic Designer. In 1986 I started my own Company which lasted over 30 years in which time I had taken an interest in various things like Crypto Currency, Coffee supply and working with various charitable organisations. Born in the UK I moved to Cyprus nearly 5 years ago and have been involved with 'Holiday of a Lifetime' putting together events to collect funds for less fortunate children to come on holiday together with a parent or carer to the wonderful island of Cyprus. I am now looking forward to working and helping in any way I can to support the various educational programmes for the foundation for children in Bangladesh.
Born in Malaysia, Narayanan Nair – otherwise known as Nick Nair – is a devoted father of two, with a diverse and accomplished career spanning Technology, Finance, Business and Personal Development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies. Early in his professional journey, he worked as a Systems Analyst and Support Analyst for several Public Listed Companies, before moving into the financial sector as a Stockbroker at a member company of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Later, Nick worked as a Manufacturer’s Agent, successfully representing and placing a range of products across markets in the Far East. He has also built a long and successful career in the network marketing industry, with his most notable achievement being the growth and leadership of a community of nearly half a million members within a technology company. With a positive and forward-thinking mindset, Nick views the future as bright and full of opportunity. Passionate about wellbeing and inner growth, he is a Reiki Master with over 30 years of practice, and also teaches meditation and breathwork. He is enthusiastic and looks forward to wonderful association with Impact X.
